ZgAuto, aracınıza ait yakıt, sigorta ve servis harcamalarını kaydetmenizi ve bunlardan maliyet ile yakıt tüketimi istatistikleri üretmenizi sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri işlediğini, bunu neden yaptığını ve verileriniz üzerinde hangi haklara sahip olduğunuzu açıklar.
ZgAuto’yu hesap açmadan, “misafir” olarak kullanabilirsiniz. Bu durumda girdiğiniz her şey yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silmeniz bu verileri de siler.
Giriş yaparsanız verileriniz, Google’ın Firebase altyapısı (Firebase Authentication ve Cloud Firestore) üzerinde tutulan hesabınızla eşlenir. İşlenen veriler şunlardır:

Yedekleme isteğe bağlıdır ve elle yapılır. Kayıtlarınız önce cihazınıza yazılır. Sunucuya ancak siz uygulama içindeki yedekleme işlemini başlattığınızda çıkar.
ZgAuto konumunuza, kişilerinize, fotoğraflarınıza, kameranıza, mikrofonunuza veya dosyalarınıza erişmez ve bu izinleri istemez. Uygulamanın istediği izinler internet erişimi ve aşağıda açıklanan reklam kimliğidir.
Uygulama, Google AdMob üzerinden reklam gösterir. AdMob; reklamları sunmak, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için reklam kimliğinizi (Android Advertising ID) ve cihazınıza ilişkin teknik bilgileri (cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, yaklaşık konum bilgisi dâhil olabilir) işleyebilir. Bu veriler ZgAuto tarafından toplanmaz ve saklanmaz; doğrudan Google’a gider.
Reklam kimliğinizi Android ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Güvenlik ve gizlilik → Diğer gizlilik ayarları → Reklamlar (menü adları cihaza göre değişebilir). Google’ın uygulamalardan gelen veriyi nasıl işlediği: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Verilerinizi satmıyoruz ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara vermiyoruz. Veriler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarda bulunur:
Bunların dışında verilerinizi yalnızca yasal bir yükümlülük gerektirdiğinde paylaşırız.
Sunucudaki kayıtlarınıza yalnızca kendi hesabınız erişebilir. Firestore güvenlik kuralları her kullanıcıyı kendi verisiyle sınırlar; başka bir kullanıcının kayıtlarını okumak veya yazmak mümkün değildir. Bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS/TLS).
Kayıtlarınız siz silene ya da hesabınızı kapatana kadar durur. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde hesabınız ve sunucudaki kayıtlarınız silinir.
Kayıtlarınızı uygulama içinden istediğiniz zaman düzeltebilir veya silebilirsiniz. Hesabınızı tümüyle silmek için: Profil → Hesabı Sil. Bu işlem hesabınızı ve sunucudaki tüm harcama ile araç kayıtlarınızı kalıcı olarak siler; geri alınamaz.
Uygulamaya erişiminiz yoksa veya silme talebinizi yazılı olarak iletmek isterseniz aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsiniz; talebinizi 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırırız. Bulunduğunuz ülkenin mevzuatına (örneğin KVKK veya GDPR) göre verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme haklarınız da aynı adres üzerinden kullanılabilir.
ZgAuto hesabınızı sildiğinizde hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinenler:
Cihazınızdaki yerel kopya, hesap silinince oturum kapandığı için aynı anda temizlenir. Ek saklama süresi yoktur; yedeklerde en fazla 30 gün kalabilir, sonra oradan da düşer. Reklam kimliğiniz zaten bizde tutulmuyor (bkz. 4. madde), silecek bir kaydı yok.
ZgAuto çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaşın altındaki kişilerden bilerek veri toplamaz. Böyle bir veri toplandığını fark edersek sileriz.
Politika değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki tarih yenilenir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde de bilgilendirme yaparız.

ZgAuto is a mobile app for recording your vehicle’s fuel, insurance and service costs and turning them into cost and fuel-consumption statistics. This policy explains what the app processes, why, and what control you have over it.
You can use ZgAuto as a guest, without signing up. Everything you enter then stays on your device only and is never sent to a server. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
If you sign in, your data is tied to an account held on Google’s Firebase platform (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore):

Backing up is optional and manual. Records are written to your device first and only leave it when you start a backup yourself.
ZgAuto does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files, and does not ask for those permissions. It asks only for internet access and the advertising identifier described below.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve, measure and protect against abuse, AdMob may process your Android Advertising ID and technical device information (which can include device model, OS version and approximate location). ZgAuto neither collects nor stores this data; it goes directly to Google.
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in Android settings: Settings → Security & privacy → More privacy settings → Ads (wording varies by device). How Google handles data from apps: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. It sits only with the providers the app needs to run:
Otherwise we share your data only where the law requires it.
Only your own account can reach your records on the server. Firestore security rules confine each user to their own data; reading or writing another user’s records is not possible. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Your records stay until you delete them or close your account. Deleting your account deletes the account and your records on the server.
You can edit or delete your records in the app at any time. To delete your account entirely: Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and every expense and vehicle record held on the server. It cannot be undone.
If you cannot reach the app, or would rather make the request in writing, write to the address below and we will complete it within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK), you can also use that address to ask for access to your data or its correction or erasure.
Deleting your ZgAuto account immediately and permanently removes:
The local copy on your device is cleared at the same time, because deleting the account signs you out. There is no additional retention period; records may persist in backups for up to 30 days and then fall out of those too. Your advertising ID is never stored by us (see section 4), so there is no record of it to delete.
ZgAuto is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
If this policy changes, this page is updated and the date above is revised. For significant changes we also tell you inside the app.
